Sunny Days…In Florida

Cooper and I got to go to Florida for 9 days. We had a really good time. We spent several afternoons at the parks, we went shopping a few times and enjoyed several delicious meals with the family.
I was even able to enjoy several runs to take in the beautiful scenery. I got a few runs in with my cousin Natasha who isn't a runner but she did great and we had a great time together.

Coop fell asleep on Gram's lap at lunch. This NEVER happens. He must have been really tired and cozy. When he woke up he ate 3 chicken strips in his stroller as we continued to walk around shops on St. George Street.

We got a chance to do a 5 generation photo.

Grandaddy always has to have the babies sit on his lap. Coop did really well with him.  I'm so glad we got the chance to go spend a little time with him.

Coop liked the "horse" at the parks.

He didn't last long on the carousel but he always wanted to ride it.

We got to pick some delicious grapefruits at Grandaddy's.
I had never gotten under a fruit tree too see all the fruit. From the outside it didn't look like it has a many. It was a beautiful sight.

PawPaw got up in the tree to get some good ones. We enjoyed a glass of fresh squeezed juice. It was delicious! I forgot to bring some fruit home with me and was slightly sad about that.

Cooper and Hunter had a good time playing together. Well at least Coop had fun with Hunter. Hunter was a good source of entertainment for him that's for sure and vis versa.

Hunter got to sit on his Dad's bike before we left dinner. Cooper didn't want anything to do with it.

Here's a little video of the clips I took at the parks and of him being silly.

Thank you Gram and PawPaw for such a wonderful time! We had a blast and can't wait to see you again.

  1. We're so glad you had a wonderful time but are quite jealous that we didn't get to go! :) I love the five generation picture. What a great memory to have! Trip loved watching the video of Cooper. We had to see it a couple of times in a row. He kept saying "more!" Love you!
